Miniature Air Vehicles are patterned after natural creatures like the hummingbird or certain insects. These instruments can track or target certain individuals while going unnoticed in dense, urban areas. That hummingbird you see in the window may be the last thing you see. The MAV could conduct an assassination and then self-destruct so the perpetrators would be virtually untraceable.
