  1. WOW! This is very powerful! While recently watching The Passion, I was made aware of the actual pain Jesus went through! But, what saddens me is that most people think it is the physical pain which caused Him so much pain! Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."-Matthew 26:39. It was not the pain to which He was referring, but the separation from His Heavenly Father like He had never known! For 30 plus years He had walked the earth with God at His side, but in taking our sins, He faced the separation the sin put between Him and God! Don't get me wrong, the pain must have been torturous to Him, but essentially, we must realize the depth of what He did for us. He, Jesus Christ, built the bridge from our flaw-filled human lives to the unconditional love of God in Heaven!
